You meet, we manage

We coordinate scheduling, prep both sides and stay in the loop through the process, the offer and the negotiation.

04  PLACED

You pay when they start

No cure, no pay, plus a guarantee period. If a hire does not stick inside that window, we run the search again at no cost.

The questions we get first.

What does it cost?

A percentage of first year on target earnings, invoiced only when the hire starts. We walk you through the exact number on the first call. No retainer.

How fast can you move?

A first shortlist typically lands in about ten working days. Most searches close inside a month from intake to signed offer.

What if the hire does not work out?

Every placement carries a guarantee period. If someone leaves or is let go inside that window, we run the search again at no additional fee.

Do you only do senior roles?

We cover the whole revenue org, from a first SDR to a CRO. What we do not do is anything outside revenue, so every search runs on real domain knowledge.

Can you hire outside our home market?

Yes. Most of our work is hiring for US companies in the US, but with offices in Rotterdam, Miami and Dubai we can open a new market when you are ready to expand.

How many clients do you take?

Deliberately few at a time. It is the only way every search gets senior attention instead of a junior sourcer and a CV blast.
